Tiam tiam

Will be off to odac BTC from fri evening to sun morning. It's in good ol' ubin, but at a supposedly "new campsite", which i suspect might be a beach head or some clearing. There's supposedly a "toilet" which might turn out to be a little trail endowed with biological material. But no one's complaining, i think all this uncertainly sure adds to the sense of anticipation and adventure. Hopefully the company will more than make up for it...

My group (grp 4) decided to come up with "Tiam Tiam" for a grp name. Sounds weird and stupid but at least they came up with a whacky name lah. Hope group 4 will be a damn hyper and fun group then we can do lots of stupid things. Only thing lacking in grp 4 is someone to listen to my lame and stupid jokes...maybe weepin will be a willing audience. Carmen also suggested we bring butter and she claims that it won't spoil even though we will be keeping it unrefrigerated for a day o_O

Had odac training on wed which was quite slack, just simple cooking and packing of backpack. Then the grp didnt want to stay for dinner so i was left wandering around and crashing ali's and james' groups. Then ended up having dinner with paul yap and ali.

I still find the idea that i am bringing some 40ltr bag for what is essentially a 2day camp very hilarious. But i guess if its comfortable, why not? Worse come to worse kenna carry tents lor.

In other news, i opened my cabinet today and found a brand new mess tin. I kid you not, it was a brand new mess tin lor. o_O. Then i remembered the innocent me in sec 1 asking my dad to go army market to buy mess tin for np camp. Then it just ended up in some corner and forgotten. Never mind, shall bring it for the camp, then can cook more efficiently. Also, CLT matthew lim actually downloaded games into his GC. Bomberman rox. Haha. Matthew deserves a nobel prize for genius or something.

Anyway, off to sleep. Pls pray for good weather over the weekend and erm that tmr's PE won't be too jialat jialat. =)
