for what lies ahead

So this is what's on this week. Monday had odac inaug (should be held in august lah if not why isit inaug?). I think group 4 had a really original skit and even though we didnt win, we fulfilled the larger purpose of getting everyone in stitches and simply laughing their heads off everything (or else expressing how lame everything was.) Nice song too.

And the atmosphere was just oh so high what with the banner and the multitude of songs performed by group 1. But i really loved the last part where we sang the Odac song and everyone was jumping up and down like mad. Everyone was just damn damn happy and proud (to say the least) that they are in Odac. Not to mention the very huat tshirt.

Also revealed the camp comm for the planning of the MAC. Volunteered to be Admin IC. May seem to you that that's damn sad since i was doing admin for np. But i believe it was the most constructive (considering the rest were first aid which i knew zero abt, food and logistics) and also that there is a lot more in terms of organisation work and planning to do for an expedition compared to day to day running of trainings in ri, so i can probably learn heaps of stuff.

Anyway, am quite contented with who's in the camp comm...and i believe we all should work very very well. =D

And i realised that there's essentially little over 2 weeks for us to settle the whole expedition and there's a lot to complete. There's also the challenge that Cluster will return on the day before we depart. Really gonna be a challenge.

Anw, today had kayaking course. Was quite boring since i already got one star so we all just sat around talking cock and playing with the kayaks. Like campsizing for fun and trying to sink each other's kayak. Of course the 10 of us also did some productive work like helping others wherever they needed help...

So till sunday where we really go out to sea, i guess life will be quite boring. And i really pray that i the planning of the expedition will motivate me to work harder as opposed to affecting my work...
