since the size of the words on my new template is beginning to resemble the last row of those eye charts, i figured i better make them bigger. there is much work to be done these few weeks, even with the holidays (what a misnomer) approaching, but i just can't find the motivation or urgency to do them. the h3 essay set is making me excited and disgusted at the same time. i better find the right time to do it.
i dunno about you but i find something fundamentally wrong with the last day of school not being a friday. yes, we should not complain about getting an extra day off, but there's just something inexplicably wrong with school ending on a thursday. i still remember one of the last-day-of-school in sec 2 was me going up to the gym block where they had this mini weather station and helping my geog teacher take readings.
just returned from rock climbing today and i must say i'm mighty impressed by safra yishun and the wall there. and in a nutshell, i need more climbing training.
back here, it has just rained and there's something about rain that makes it so mystifying and attractive. and the music on my mp3 just seemed to fit the weather. the rain just reminded me of how mother nature has its ways of righting everything wrong. like the haze, it just decides to change the wind direction and our psi level dips faster than a stock market crash, from the hundreds into the fourties. and that is a mighty good thing. and i once watch a documentary on discovery of the perfect firestorm occuring in australia (hohoho) and then there was absolutely no way of putting the fire out or even out-running the flames in the outback and ultimately, what drenched the fires was a change in cloud direction and the ultimate descend of heavy rain. mother nature at work again.
not really making much sense in this entry and it shall just serve as a respite from the general boring life i have for now. hope to go cycling or mahjong real soon. like real soon eh.
