This blog is setup coz...

1) life's too short for memories to just slip thru the mind, so better document it.
2) this avenue for expression can hopefully improve my writing skills.
3) hopefully this can be a good place for people to catchup on how i'm doing
4) regular reflections will prevent the mind from turning rusty i guess.

So last monday was grad nite. I guess its quite refreshing to see everyone dressed up and really enjoying ourselves as a batch. The food was ok lah but the programme was sweet and simple. Lucky draws, songs, hip hop dances, contests quite aight.

After that it was picture taking and off for harry potter and the goblet of fire at 12 midnite. I guess the movie was quite good and not unexpected that they cut so many scenes lest we pay double if they have 2 parts to it. I felt daniel radcliffe acted quite well but emma watson wasn't too outstanding. The russian actor for Victor Krum really looked like some stony soldier and wasn't as good looking as in the book.

Orchard at 2+ am is quite charming as its so cool and quiet and calm. Unfortunately that experience was short-lived coz we had to cab to kong's house to stayover and basically just chill there. Ended up sleeping at 5. Then kenna sieged by the rain till like 1.30pm b4 we caught mr chua's shun4 feng1 che1.

Last Thursday went to airport to first send off pason, teddy and gang who were going to India to represent us in the grand high council, the intergalatic covention equivalent...the mock UN competition...

Then it was to bid fondest farewell to James Lam who is emigrating to Sydney. The good friend in 1E,2E and still a very cheerful and encouraging guy to have around. Truly sometimes friends are like stars, you don't notice them when they're around but you're glad to know they're there. Then when they depart it's just very saddening lah. Well hopefully he does very well over there and good luck for what's coming up.

So lam goodbye and take good care of yourself and i'm sure we'll meet again, one way or another. Cheers

Today i went to IKEA to shop for a workdesk. IKEA is really a great place to just spend half a day coz theres just so many interesting gimmicks and stuff that you want to buy. The concept is also very hassle free and convenient to bring home the furniture. Definitely worth 4.5 out of 5 stars if u ask me. So i got a rather large and wide table for just $25+20 which is a real steal if you ask me.

Lastly a warmest welcome to cousins justin and elise. Kiaora to mr yang haojin who is probably the first guy to read this post. Will be in church camp from thur to sun then off to taiwan next tue.

We wish mr nah a safe journey as he trudges to the home of the paddington bear, the buckingham palance and the tube this friday. Enjoy hor and rmb to get souvenirs...or else...
